Categorizing

Okay, so I might need to change our blog name or something because it seems like I write about excrement a tad more than any other subject. It is a topic much revisited in our family, for better or worse. 

>>Matt mentioned to me that our trash can smelled and he thinks he saw poop in it.
I was consumed by the question as to why he thought that and then left it in there, but Alex perks up and asks, "What kind of poop?"

Matt, half boggled, half annoyed answers, "It was poop, Alex. How many different kinds of poop do you think there are?"

He quickly educated us:

"Three. Baby Poop, Kid Poop, and Dog Poop."

Matt had to take a few minutes to compose himself before he asked, "What about adults, what do they have?"

"Kid poop."

A quizzical look from his dad yielded the explanation, "Yeah, cuz you have a mom and dad, so your a kid."

Matt was determined to stump him. "What about elephants?"

Without any thought whatsoever, he says, "Dog poop".
